“Yes, sir. Seems so, sir.”

“Funny, this being fenny.”

“Sir?”

“It’s not wet.”

“Ah, no sir. I took the liberty of drying it, sir.”

“Dried it?”

“Yes, sir.”

“From the fen, you say.”

“Definitely fenny, sir.”

“Very well. Carry on.”
