BANAL INTERVIEWS WITH CELEBRITY GHOSTS – THE GREAT PUMPKIN
Loon: I am especially pleased to welcome the ghost of The Great Pumpkin to the 3 question interview. Pumpkin, no, Pump, may I call you Pump?
Great Pumpkin’s ghost: Suit yourself, daddy-o.
Loon: So, Pump, why, for instance, do you always disappoint Linus when he waits for you in the patch?
Great Pumpkin’s ghost: Hey, not my fault if the dude always picks the wrong patch, is it? I mean, come on.
Loon: At any rate, can you give us a hint about where this year’s most sincere patch is located?
Great Pumpkin’s ghost: Dude, seriously. You know it don’t work that way. I gotta split. Later. (Splits, half disappearing through ceiling, half through floor)
Loon: Well, I tried. (shrugs)

BANAL INTERVIEWS WITH CELEBRITY GHOSTS – KING GEORGE III
Loon: We have royalty among us for our 3 question interview today, a king of England. Your Solemn Royalness, how many powdered wigs did you own?
George III’s ghost: I spy a sparrow on your brow.
Loon: Huh? Oh, no, that’s just where I smeared my forehead with tar. So, did you guard your face with one of those cone things while they powdered your wig or hair or whatever?
George III’s ghost: Where are the ducks? I would chew on a duck!
Loon: King! Contain yourself! Can you tell us anything at all about wigs?
George III’s ghost: Wait. Who are you? You have come to steal my gander, haven’t you? (falls weeping to the floor. continues through floor to disappear)
Loon: Well, I guess we’ll have to postpone learning about wigs for a while. (shrugs)
