BANAL INTERVIEWS WITH CELEBRITY GHOSTS – JACK DEMPSEY

August 18, 2013

Loon: A hearty welcome to the 3 question interview. Our celebrity ghost today is one Jack Dempsey, a professional boxer of note, so I am told. Mr. Dempsey, a ring is round. Why is a boxing ring square?

Dempsey’s ghost: Hell, I dunno.

Loon: Who invented gloves?

Dempsey’s ghost: Kid, lemme give it to you straight. Nobody cares.

Loon: Did you ever dance with Fred Astaire?

Dempsey’s ghost: You got quite a mouth on you, bub. Want I should knock it off?

(Loon retreats from room. Dempsey’s ghost returns to his corner.)
