Although Ricky Nelson did a fine job as a section of aqueduct in ‘Quo Vadis’, and Don Knotts was compelling as Charles Laughton’s wig in ‘Witness for the Prosecution’, the hands down best performance ever was handed in by Rin Tin Tin playing the title role in ‘My Friend Flicka’. I mean, come on, a dog playing a horse and doing it to perfection? I rest my case.
